Jim J. Gould

MD, dba.

Dr. Jim J. Gould is a pediatrician in Tooele, Utah. He received his medical degree from University of Washington School of Medicine and completed a residency at Marshfield Clinic-St Joseph's Hospital. He has been in practice for more than 20 years.

Brian Holdsock

Brian has been an AANC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2005.  He received his Master's of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah.  His Master's Project focused on bed-wetting issues among children.  His areas of interest include urgent care needs, laceration repair, extremity injuries and educating parents and children about the prevention of injury and illness.

Brian joined Mountain West Pediatrics in November of 2009.  He has loved working with the staff since day one.  Every day at work is an exciting adventure as he enjoys interacting with the unpredictable children while helping them improve their health and quality of life.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and 4 children.  They have a passion for soccer and spend nearly all their "free" time at various soccer games and events.

Suzie received her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Weber State University and has practiced as a Nurse for 15 years, 8 years of that time was spent in Labor & Delivery/Newborn Nursery. She received her Masters in Nursing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee and is certified with the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.

Suzie enjoys all aspects of Pediatric primary care, but she has special interest in Mental Health and is currently working towards becoming certified as a Pediatric Mental Health Specialist.

Suzie is married to a pretty amazing husband and they have 5 kids together that keep them super busy. She enjoys camping, hiking, relaxing at the lake, coaching soccer, and quiet moments that happen occasionally.

Doug Farley

Doug Farley is an AANP board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He finished his bachelor's in nursing from Grand Canyon University then his master in nursing from Maryville University. Prior to finishing his masters degree he worked in multiple positions as a nurse. He has been working as a Nurse Practitioner at an Urgent Care for the past 5 years where he treated a wide variety of illnesses. He is excited to work with children and has loved pediatrics even through school.

Doug has a beautiful wife who is also a nurse. Doug says she has been the best thing that has ever happened to him. He has 3 children who keep him on his toes with sports, dance and gymnastics. Doug likes to hunt, fish and be outdoors, but says he likes it more when he is with his family. Doug has a love of languages, and speaks Spanish fluently.

Doug says he is very excited to be a part of Mountain West Pediatrics. He is happy to serve the families of Tooele county and hopes to meet many new and wonderful people.
